Outside mount chimney caps are constructed like our multi-flue caps and provide your chimney top with the most protection against the elements. In addition to covering the entire chimney top, our outside mount caps also cover the edge and sides of the chimney top. The skirt (or vertical section along the sides of the chimney) can be custom made to any length and has a drip edge where water can shed off the cap rather than run down against the side of your chimney.

Much like our standard multi-flue caps, our outside mount caps are constructed from 304 stainless steel or copper. Powder coating is available in a variety of color options with the stainless steel option. Standard overhang for cap lids is 3" per side and our standard screen height is 12".
